Replacement vehicles

If you have a rented car from us that you have taken in for repairs, you are entitled to a replacement vehicle during the repair in the following cases (i.e., you pay only for one vehicle)

with short-term rentals:

- with any damage which results in the immobility of the rented vehicle, if you are a client of our partners listed below
- with any damage which results in the immobility of the rented vehicle, if you have a signed cooperation contract with us
- during any repair that is not damage and lasts for more than 4 hours. In such a case it is necessary to bring the car to our branch office

for long-term rentals:

- when the claim is settled from the mandatory insurance during the repair, subject to the insurance conditions
- when the claim is settled from a collision damage waiver in the range of five days, subject to the insurance conditions
- during any repair, if you have a replacement vehicle service included in the rent in the agreed range
